  Where can I start, but to say from start to finish David was amazing.
  
  From the moment I spoke to David on the phone I knew he was the right person, he was the third phone call I had that morning and instantly I warmed to his soft welcoming tone.
  
  When we all met him together it was a stress free and supportive experience and I was so relieved and pleased to see that David was the actual funeral director on the day of Ian's funeral. His drivers were lovely too and very courteous and with a warm feeling.
  
  David, Kim & Sue were so respectful of our dear Ian R.I.P, all the time keeping in contact with us and making sure they respected our wishes at all times.
  
  I was so happy with the way we had all our stress taken away by David and his team from start to finish that as a result I have decided to set up my pre-payment funeral plan with them.
  
  David can I just say a massive THANK YOU and if Ian could see how well you looked after us he would be so happy too.
